For the duration of the corona virus COVID-19 health crisis, the distribution centre is closed to the public. We are still distributing ostomy supplies but to protect our staff and volunteers from unnecessary face to face contact, we request all members have their ostomy supplies delivered by post. Limited contactless pickup service is available for those unable to have their orders delivered.

Please note pickups are not available on Mondays.

While social distancing measures are in place, our phone lines are manned from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Other closures are for Annual Stocktake from 12.00 pm on 30 June each year and for the Christmas period Friday 23rd December 2022 to Tuesday 3rd January 2023
